correct me if i'm wrong but i don't think philly has any interest in trading Van Riemsdyk. he had a good season.
ghost is still available and a cheaper option so I would just go for just him instead.

JVR had a good season, that's true, but considering the LW depth PHI has atm (Giroux, JVR, Farabee, Lindblom, Raffl + other young forwards), they might as well just look to move JVR. That team looks pretty stacked even without him.

Do like this trade for Dallas. Tough giving up the picks next year, but you're getting the better immediate return by far. If Philly orchestrated, would be really hard to say No.
