Yikes, that D is a mess. Like Cernak as an idea (overpay though) but 2 guys playing their weak side? McCabe and Montour are not first line and why do you have their sides flipped? Jokiharju on the left side? No.

Move out another RD (Montour probably) and bring in a legit LD and you're onto something. Sign me up for the Winnipeg deal.

I doubt that ondrej palat would waived, but Tampa Bay will accept knowing that buffalo will still suck
