You have to randomly select a team to trade with. Then you have to randomly pick 3 players from that team. Finally you need to try and make a fair offer for said players.

is this for the future? because 3 of the 5 players traded are UFA's....

I don't think that was described in the rules but I did mine for 2020-2021 since this season is almost over. Treated as an offseason move. I think it's up to your interpretation though what you want to do
