Your over the ELC limit. The challenge is to have 20 standard contracts and only 4 ELC's on roster while staying under the cap. Additionally, retained contracts aren't allowed.

So a max ELC limit of 4. You currently have 8.

one i saw had no rules or anything on it i will have to change up a little. Who has a retained salary?

Yeah, the initial challenge was first made by draft_em_sign_em_trade_em. And most of the posters who had the rules listed in their descriptions are a few pages back now.
