I'd say the difference between Barzal and Eichel is less than a 1st....assuming even contracts.

I disagree. Eichel is top 10, possibly top 5 in the NHL. He’s just stuck in Buffalo, so no one sees him often enough. Barzal is great. Eichel is elite. The Sabres would decline this.
