The Dumba-Boeser as the main pieces make sense.

Maybe MIN has to add a little because Dumba is coming off a down year.

But the framework is there

the only way it makes sense is to trade boeser with loui and not take on any salary. With the $11.5 million in cap space, you sign a UFA and make up the 60 points a year. Now that there is a flat cap, I don't think teams will over pay for someone like Hall or Hoffman. I take that back, Buffalo might....
