yeah thats my point - I made a forum post to suggest adding something that will change the expiry status based on the players age and contract length

Wel they cant always predict whether or not they meet other conditions to become a UFA in between now and then so they leave it alone I guess

They could assume that they will reach the 7 accrued seasons based on the contract length. Burakovsky only needs 1 more accrued season and needs to be 27 and will then become a UFA at contract expiry. I think for the purposes of AGM its very reasonable to assume that he will reach those conditions.
