Description

Tampa will run into cap issues when they have to re-sign drouin and johnson in 17-18. Someone else might offer more for Kucherov, but a (probably high) 1st and a 3rd with two B-level prospects isn't bad. Ortio is a one season wonder until Demko arrives. Burrows will be gone after this season (trade at deadline for 2nd round pick to cup-bound team looking for depth), making cap room for Juolevi and Boeser to step in.

Kucherov's return starts a mininum of Virtanen and a first +. Etem's a 3rd liner right now at absolute best. It would be more like
Virtanen, Subban, 17 1st, 18 2nd
