Description
Assuming Tuukka comes back to play next season, otherwise Boston would need to seek goaltending options.

Jake Bean Trade: Carolina is loaded defensively especially on the left side, Bean has been sitting in the minors the last two seasons without an real opportunity to come up. Bjork gives them an NHL ready winger to improve their depth scoring, and speed. While Vaak replaces Bean on the depth chart, at two years younger he could use another season in the NHL untill place on the Carolina blue line opens up.

They don't really need bean and that's too much for him. vaak is pretty much the same guy. He'd be here playing if the blue line wasn't so deep. If chara retires and krug walks maybe they add someone.

Chara has showed in these playoffs how much he has really slowed down. Vaak may be the same player in a few years but he is not right now. Bean has been a 0.71 pts/gp player his past two years in the AHL

Think Boston will keep developing those two players.
