Nah, they won't. Both are right in range on bridge deals.

I feel like if they did take a bridge deal at that money it will be 2 years top.

Serg is no better than McAvoy or Werenski, who took 3 year bridges for 4.9 and 5. Tampa players take some level of discount about 95% of the time, so 4.5x3 for Sergachev is certainly in the range. Cirelli won't be getting much more than any of Killorn, Palat or Johnson took on their bridges in terms of cap hit(4.83 %). Those guys had comparable, if not better elc years than Cirelli, so Cirelli getting just over 5% is very realistic for how Tampa approaches their cap structure.
