Description
Dumba is the best player in that trade, but Ghost is a solid number 3 dman who's been supplanted by Provorov and Sanheim in PHI, who needs a RD more than another puck rushing LD. Ghost is 2 seasons away from 65 pts, and in his healthy seasons has averaged almost .7 pts per game. Strome and O'Brien are two mid level "hit or miss" prospects, but the 1st and 2nd, albeit later round are key.
JVR to NJ makes sense as they need a producing winger with some size to play with Nico or Hughes. Albeit overpaid 1-1.5mil, JVR is still a 45-55pt guy, the return is 2 3rds in 2021, which is fair.
Judging Ghost on his injury plagued season and JVR on the playoffs this year is unfair, and while both are risks, they both have value.

Ghost is no slouch and is a good number 3 dman, (but not in Philly as Hagg, Provorov, Sanheim and Myers all arrived at the same time, in fact if we had more capable crease clearers/veterans to partner, Ghost would probably not be in press box), O'Brien is a former 1st round pick, who still looks very promising, Strome is a big kid with all the tools (but may lack the tool box) and theres a late 1st and 2nd rounder, it might not work, but its a fairer offer than most I've seen.

Strome and O’brien are throw-ins here and not players that are going to get Dumba. Frost has to be part of this deal.

So where the top 6 C that Guerin wants for Dumba? Probably need to include at least German Rubtsov in the deal. And adding Ghost makes no sense as he will be left unprotected as Guerin will need to protect Suter-NMC, Spurgeon-NMC and Brodin-NMC pretty sure the Wild wont want any D coming back in the deal.

Frost is involved in any Flyers trade for Dumba.
