Description
I thought about this Tampa trade and it works great for Winnipeg, but not sure about Tampa or what else they really need as a result.

I assume in this that Little is on the LTIR because of his concussion symptoms. I've got the Ferland paranoia in me.

Tampa simply doesn't have the cap space. If you retain half on Laine they probably accept.

It's gonna have to be the 2020 1st for Labanc. But really, I don't think the deal would go through even with a 1st included. Only way SJ is letting him go is for another top-6 forward.

If the Laine to TB thing can't work out because of cap, I'd suggest Laine for Labanc and Burns, but Burns would have to waive his NTC to go to Canada, and I don't see him doing that in a world with Covid.

A more then fair return for Labanc, as Samberg is a real bright piece, likely becoming the Sharks second best prospect. I personally like it a lot for the Sharks I’d love to see this happen draft day. Harkins is a great addition to the trade as he could likely crack our roster in camp

In terms of asset value it’s a fair return; not if we’re attempting to win as you’re alluding to but this is a sizeable return

No. Labanc isnt being traded for a coupe B prospects. If Labanc is going to the Jets then It starts with Roslovic and a 1st.
