Description

Avoiding the past mistakes of putting young center prospects on an island, the sabres made a good first step in acquiring Staal to insulate Cozens. Taking on substantial cap hits from Vegas and Tampa allows them to address their lack of grit and scoring. (Killorn may require slightly more, but the trades from the Tampa side of AGM involving him are all over the place)

I think you can do anything with those 6 wingers. I slotted them in this order because I like the idea of putting our semi-unproven wingers (Olofsson and Kahun) with the established C's, and further insulating Cozens with established wingers.

None of this really jives with the rumored internal cap, so they might need to leave a hole at left D or LW to get closer to the rumored 70 mill
