Description

Petrangelo for $9 x 5 years. Who knows if he takes that. Anyway seems feasible but would have to cut ties with Toffoli and Tanev. Llikely dump Roussel in a trade at the end of the season to clear room for pettersson and hughes, and then lean heavily on the youth movement maturing into the bottom parts of the roster.

Detroit accepts, Doubtful Pietrangelo would sign with Vancouver. And reportedly Jacob Markstrom wants 6 x 6 to stay in Vancouver doubt Benning can afford him.

Vancouver media has reported/speculated 5-6 million as the ballpark with the much more important factor for Markstrom being expansion draft protection - which would be given in this case.
