Did the other side to the Vancouver trade.

Apparently the ask for OEL is a 1st and a good prospect, the value is there IMO just not getting the 1st. The Boeser trade was rumored for a while but talks had fallen off I do believe, not sure if Van misses out on OEL if talks would resume? Thinking after Barrie's value went down significantly he will sign a one or two year deal to try and prove him self for a big pay day, could be wrong.

I just think that Debrusk is as good as gone, reports of him asking 5M on a bridge deal, similar to McAvoy bridge. Carlo is replaceable IMO, and his value seems to be fairly high to Vancouver. Not many times you get the opportunity to trade for a goal scorer like Boeser.

So Carlo and mid level second piece for Boesser. Send Debrusk somewhere for LD, a 1st, or a replacement LW. Not Virt. And don’t put Boesser on his off wing.

And no to Barrie, sign a defensive RD to replace Carlo.

Fair!

The only reason I had Virtanen there is because apparently Van wanted to move him because he is an RFA and they have more than enough money in middle/bottom 6 forwards as it is.
