Alternative to UFA depth signings : OFFERSHEET

The OS target is Dallas because they have cap issues (3m bonus, therefore 78,5m cap) and their owner reportedly want a lower internal cap.

Dallas want to resign Khudobin +4 and also have Hintz +3 & Faska +3 as RFA. With Gurianov bridged at +3, they are +2 over their cap with 21/23

Dallas could figure it out and match but it will be very tight. They can buyout Cogliano & don't resign Perry & put Johns on LTIR if he's still injured, but even then it's tight.

I say why not try? High reward potential in Gurianov only for a 2nd in 2021. More chance to happen if a team also OS Hintz at 4.35 (coordinated attack!)

If it's a swing and a miss, let's just get bottom fowards in UFA, no biggie.

If Weal cant be traded for anything, it will be in Laval for +1m so the 13th foward would have to be 700k
