Taking Boychuk back at full freight might make a difference. But Pulock just went to arbitration. If he doesn't sign before his meeting his next deal shouldn't be much higher than Severson's approx $4.2m cap hit. So this doesn't feel like enough for NYI to budge

Still what you offered. Maybe swap Tyce with a more NHL ready guy. I think Pulock >>> Severson and it isn't that close

It’s not happening because they would buyout players before moving on from pulock. but pulock + boychuk (1 mill retained) for bratt would be somewhat fair. Any trade for pulock has to include a young top 6 winger.

Pulock + Boychuk isn't going to get a top-6 winger. Pulock would, but Boychuk's negative value is significant enough that teams wouldn't give much of anything.
