lmfao. Not even a chance bc he’s untouchable. At most a third would be added or Libor

Then Vince Dunn is untouchable. Because he's one of the best performing defenseman. So lmfao not a chance Blues trade him for spare parts. Try again bud.

Buddy u value Dunn to high. I’ve speaken with many blues fan abt Dunn. Kravtsov is a top 6, fringe top 3 potential winger that has shown much growth even though he’s so young. I’ve also heard from analyst is articles and tweets, Dunn could be in the trade board due to the depth the blues have on LHD and their cap issues. At most it would be and I’ve asked 6 blues fans I’m in a gc with and they said they would do Howden (which he is young and has a lot of room to grow) Libor which is a b level prospect and a 1st rounder from 15-22 which people don’t consider spare parts lmfao. Buddy u seem like u love Dunn and want to keep him so bad u had to state in ur bio “CbDunn are untouchable” so

The Blues "logjam" at LHD is vastly overstated. Whatever your opinion of Dunn's current standing or future potential are, Dunn and Krug are our only legitimate top four LHD- that's a fact. Scandella and Gunnarsson can pretend for a bit up there but they're not long term solutions and vastly benefited from riding shotgun to Parayko and Pietrangelo, which is a luxury we can't afford now that one of those is gone. Gunnarsson also has a nasty habit of spending half the season on IR. Mikkola and Perunovich both still have AHL options and, based on how this team develops young players, won't be playing above the third pairing for a bit even if they were in the NHL. And unless Bortuzzo is going to be an everyday player (not recommended), a lefty is playing the right on the third pairing. So at most we've got one too many LHD and it's on the third pair. Trading our (now) best offensive d-man would weaken our d-core too much. So for all intents and purposes, Dunn is untouchable. It's not about valuing him too high- although we should value him highly- he's simply worth more on our team than whatever we can get in a trade unless a team is willing to part with some serious assets. A (presumably) low first and B prospect is not serious assets for a 23 year old D man who scores at a 30 points clip every year doesn't help the Blues right now, and we're trying to win right now.

I would also say their "cap issues" are vastly overstated now as well considering we'll be starting the season with like 12 million on LTIR and Dunn will cost between 2.5-3 million, which is not much at all. The Blues said Steen's injury hasn't progressed at all since the bubble so it's possible he stays on LTIR all season. There's no rush to move Dunn at this time, unless it's for a legitimate scoring threat who has team control. Hence, demanding Kratsov.

You don't wanna pay then you don't wanna pay, but I don't see why the Blues- who consider themselves in a contention window- should apologize for "overvaluing" a player they don't want to move and whose absence actively makes the team worse
