Wings don't need Coburn. He likely wouldn't waive his NMC to go there anyway. It'll take more to move Johnson.

my guess is TB retains 50% on Johnson to move him. 5 million over 4 years. In a flat cap world. No one is taking that.
They retain 50% and still pay.
Paquette due to his low cap hit and one yaer, they might be able to dump but don't expect a return. 1.6 million for a guy who's basically a 4th liner, is an iffy proposition. Teams can get a 4th liner to put in 10 goals a season anywhere. So to have to pay for that, probably not something any teams are rushing out to do.

Coburn, probably can't be moved. he's washed, even TB knows he's washed which is why he didn't play much. He's 36 years old. Even with 1 year and a lot cap hit, I don't see teams doing that. Most teams have figured out their defense, those that haven't will entertain FA at league minimum prices or work on hockey trades.

Killorn, I think TB might be able to move him to NSH if Hoffman goes elsewhere. This is, again TB probably not getting any return and they might again have to retain.
4.5 million for 3 years. I don't think teams will pay that for hoffman who I think most teams would rather have. Dadanov is a much better player and he only got 5 million per.
Why would anyone want to be paying Killorn 4.5 in that kind of market. He's been under a 20 goal scorer his whole career other than last year. And 20 goal wingers make 3-3.5 range.
Which is what he probably should have made, maybe even a little less due to not hitting that 20 goal mark most his career. I imagine his contract is a 1 million retention if he's moved. I don't see anyone wanting to overpay a less than 20 goal winger.
