I wasn’t aware at all Poulin played the right side. Of course I knew he was skilled enough to make the switch, but most good, really good players don’t play their weak side. They don’t have too. They were always the best player on their team and were always on their strong side and that’s what they got used to and are comfortable with.

Now that I’m aware he is comfortable on the RW and the pens won’t have to change up a top prospects game and switch it up on the fly against NHL talent. I love the idea of letting him play this year!!

If he can play next year and have an impact on a bottom 6, he would boost this team for sure.

Such a terrific player!

LET'S GO POULIN!!!

That’s awesome!! I’m still not interested in bring up a top prospect and putting him on his weak side where he’s uncomfortable and ruin his development and confidence, just b/c that’s where the pens are weak and where we need him. But if he’s comfortable there and plays the RW as well as the LW. Hey, let him play!! Give him the fair shot and keep him there the whole year!! Let him play in and out of slumps and make him ready!! It still scares me alittle though with a top prospect, not to have him on his strong side..lol. But hey, we definitely could use him!!

It definitely does scare me looking down that right ride and seeing the only highlighted side of the name box on the left side is our top prospect..lol.
