1G=$100,000
1A= $50,000
1P= $50,000(only applied when the player is above a PPG and only applied to the points above PPG totals)
1 Shot= $1,000
1 Faceoff Win= $2,500

----------
In order of 2019-2020 NHL Points Leaders:
1. Draisaitl-$15,188,000(Such a good contract)
2.McDavid-$12,682,000
3. Pastrnak-$12,431,500
4. Panarin-$11,276,500
5. MacKinnon-$11,415,500(This is what MacKinnon deserves to be making)
6. Marchand-$9,410,000
7. Kucherov-$10,310,000
8. Kane-$10,187,500
9. Matthews-$12,280,000(He suprised me. I now value Matthews more than before)
10. Eichel-$10,599,500(Changed my mind. Eichel for sure T10 player in NHL)
11. Huberdeau-$9,237,000
12. Zibanejad-$11,843,000
13. Malkin-$10,403,000
14. Connor-$9,279,000
15. Scheifele-$10,577,500
16. Miller-$10,337,500
17. Ovechkin-$10,163,5000
18. Marner-$7,991,500 (EXACTLY where I have ALWAYS said he should be since he signed his contract!)
19. Aho-$10,078,500
20. Pacioretty-$9,044,500
----
Other Noteables:
-Crosby:$7,329,000
-Tavares:$9,299,500(I could see him making this much. Did not know he was that big of a beast in the faceoff circle)
-Ryan Nugent-Hopkins:$8,309,500(talks are he is signing around $6,750,000 so based on his stats this would be a good deal. He has always been a beast and finally is getting the recognition around the league he deserves)
-Patrik Laine: $8,496,000(I think we know who won Matthews/Laine)
-Matthew Tkachuk:$8,293,000

-*I could keep going and doing more and more players but this is enough for now, This has taken me 3 days...

****I love this system because it amplifies the importance of drafting and gets the best out of players. Players are awarded based on their performance on the ice. The better your intangibles are the more money you will make you can't make the most by just scoring or just hitting-You need to be an all around player to make the most amount of money. It shows as well on the roster in who is making what money, it tells you who the best all around players are. For instance McDaivd and Matthews are closer than I thought for All Around Game. Matthews easily beat McDavid on TakeAways and FaceOffs, but McDavid has the best pass in the NHL and had just under double of Matthews in Assists.

*This was the most fun, and the most amount of work I have put into a roster and I am pretty proud of it. I structured the Money per Skill as best as I could to keep salaries somewhat what they are now but then to award the players that had an all around game.

BY FAR the most amount of fun I've had making a roster. Love that it awards hard work on the ice and forces players to give their all. It would also increase the importance of drafting. Injuries would make players want to come back faster as well knowing they would make more than just $25,000 to sit in the stands. It would make for way better hockey with players knowing they can only increase their bank accounts by good play on the ice. I need to figure out a +/- system for Defenceman but I'll base it off how I did the forwards as well...

This also changed my opinion on Matthews and Eichel. Marner is exactly where I always said he should be, and Tavares is around where I'd value him, though I did not know Tavares was that big of a beast in the Faceoff circle. Also Draisaitl is an absolute beast for the Oilers, not just in goal, assist, and point totals. But in our own end, and clutch situations. His value on here reflects his hard work all over the ice...

What would you have done differently? I started with McDavid since he is the highest paid player and then changed the numbers around so he was as close to his actual contract as possible and then did everyone else. It exposed to me McDavid needs to improve in Faceoffs and our own end...

$50K is way too much of difference between a goal and assist.
