I think Bear and Cernak will get basically the same thing. The Oilers might try to use Cernak as a comparable if he signs a small 1 year contract to stay with Tampa. I think Bear will get more than this though.

I agree with your title. Khaira has regressed consistently since his good season 3 years ago. I think he's done for. I really like Haas' skating, my only concern is he's not exactly a physical guy or anything special in the faceoff dot.

As for the rest of your lines, really don't having Nygard in over Kassian or Chaisson. When everyone is healthy, two of Nygard, Neal, or Chaisson are going to have to be scratched. Chaisson was consistenyl getting top pp time, don't think Tippetts dropping him from the lineup. As for Kassian, he had an extremely dissapointg showing in the bubble, but you have to imagine he's going to get back at it next season. We have 4 more years of him, so he's gonna need to play. I really like Archibald and his pk effectiveness, but I could easily see him being scratched for Kass/Chaisson.

Obviously it all comes down to their pre-season play etc and realistically Neal or some other forwards are going to be bruised up and take some time off, so not that a big of a deal

thanks for your input, I just think that Khaira is being overpaid for the four goals he scores every year and Haas is a 2 way forward to have n that 4th line centre spot

wasn't really what this about, it was more about Haas>Khaira, but yeah Bear is defiantly going to get around that kind of money in his next contract

You have the money to give him more like 2-2.2 though so it shouldn't be a problem.
