Description
Fun what if roster if some of the rumoured Signings and Trades that the Avs were in talks of doing actually panned out. Is this a better team even if Roy is still the head coach?
Trades
1.
COL
  1. Lindholm, Hampus
Additional Details:
There were talks for this deal going down in the offseason, straight up for one another before Roy quit the team
2.
COL
  1. O'Reilly, Ryan
Additional Details:
Undoing the ROR trade, the team realizes that they want him and Mack as their 1-2 punch
3.
COL
  1. Trouba, Jacob
Additional Details:
Not sure how much legs this had, but there was talks of this trade during the offseason as well, before Roy quit
4.
COL
If the ROR deal doesnt happens, I dont believe they sign Soderberg, so just a placeholder trade as he was never signed
    5.
    COL
Tyutin was brought in to Mentor Zads as they are both russian, to help him out some more. If they dont have him bc of the reversal of ROR deal, they doesnt sign Tyutin. Placeholder trade as the signing never happened
      6.
      COL
      1. Neal, James
      Additional Details:
Before Pens moved Neal to the Preds, apparently Sakic had a framework of moving PAP, 1st round pick (Bleackley) for Neal. This deal goes down instead
      NSH
      7.
      COL
      1. Draisaitl, Leon
      Additional Details:
Additional Details: Oilers were hot for Barrie this offseason too, it was rumoured that the Avs were asking for Draisaitl but the Oilers were offering someone else instead. Lets say the Oilers break and do this deal
      8.
      COL
        Iggy never signs in Colorado,
        9.
        COL
        1. Radulov, Alexander
        Additional Details:
WItht he roster how it is, this is a Patty Roy team and he is still the HC. Rads were linked tot he Avs for so long, and with Roy still around he signs with them
        MTL
        10.
        COL
        1. Holden, Nick
        Additional Details:
Holden was Roys favorite Dman, if he is still in control of the team, he never would see him moved and they wouldnt have traded for Gelinas instead. Sending Gelly to the Rangers just to simply the moves
        11.
        COL
        1. Hayes, Kevin
        Additional Details:
It was said that Hayes picked the Rangers over signing with the Avs since they Rags guaranteed him a Top 9 spot to start the season. Avs only offered him a chance. They give him that Top 9 spot and the deal goes down
