I love how you have faith that dubas will somehow ice a team over the cap, hahahaha. (You realize you cant just cheat the cap right? You realize players have to be assigned and cant just float freely in the press box without counting against the cap right?)

marner and hyman with Matthews, nylander and either Robertson or mikheyev with Tavares. You don't want Simmonds on your 3rd line, so that makes Kerfoot-thornton-barbanov amd a 4th line of Vesey-spezza-Simmonds (by far the oldest 4th line in the NHL). Robertson and Lehtonen and Sandin in AHL, (cap casualties), with a 3rd pair of dermott-bogosian.

I think when he said " Dubas will make the cap work, whichever way that is", that included having players in the minors so they are under the cap. We just don't know who is going to be where.

And its easy to see who is sent down when you figure out what contracts cant be hidden in the AHL for free, (engvall for example), and who has to be exposed to waivers.
