Ideally, the Flames play in Calgary.

If not, I think Stockton is option #1.

If not, any of the 5 US WHL arenas are a possibility, Salt Lake City's Maverik Centre, hosted the 02 olympics. T-Mobile Centre in KC is an option as well, Flames ECHL team plays in KC, so maybe they can play in the nicer Sprint Centre, while the Mavericks play in Independence.

I'm from Stockton and the drugs/homelessness is about as bad as San Francisco. So you're right, definitely not ideal.
