While i don't think anything will happen...These are 2 trades i would be comfortable with Montreal doing...are they enough value? maybe not in some eyes but whatever.

Trade 1: Danault + Caufield + 1st (add a 2nd or mid-prospect too if you want)

Trade 2: Kotkaniemi + 1 of Struble/Harris/Mysak/Ylonen...whatever CBJ needs + a 2nd

Not sure what you think, but I’d like to get Dubois for the wing. If we somehow got him while keeping kk and nick that’d be amazing. Pld doesn’t win faceoffs nor seem to play d.

Yes! I actually made some comments about it today. I think that this is what would happen by the end of the year or next season. Caufield would still be essential on the PP and on KKs RW.
