Inclusion of Panik without sufficient compensation brings this one down. Any "move this guy so we have the cap space" type asset with two years or more of term after this season is a danger for us, since in two years we need to be signing new contracts with Jones, Werenski, possibly Laine, our goaltending, and a few others. Taking on that kind of risk requires bribery, and there is not sufficient bribery in this package.
