An interesting trade idea.

I know this is bad management on Nolan Patrick, but Fletcher seems motivated to move on. JVR carries a big contract, but Minnesota has a ton of expiring contracts. JVR can help them score. more goals, plus they get Patrick looking for a fresh start, and they need Centers.

Flyers get Greenway who Fletcher drafted. Ian Cole is just to help contract wise, but also gives the Flyers another D-man to maybe at least help a little tame things down for the remainder of the season. Damien Giroux is a mid level prospect who maybe helps at some point maybe not. 1st round pick in a weak draft. Minnesota has 2 1st rounders so they can afford to lose one.

That's a no thanks from me. The Wild don't need and can't afford another LHW on a big contract, even with all the expiring deals

This trade gives them about 17M to sign: Kaprizov, Fiala, Eriksson Ek, Patrick and the rest of the remaining pieces to fill out the roster.

Having to firstly give out all that value, then having to move out the cap just to make it work all for a huge question mark in Nolan Patrick and a huge JVR contract? That doesn't make much sense to me from Minnesota's POV

Minnesota says hell to to this proposal, just bad proposal. Wild don't need help scoring.

Wikd already have go ok d young scoring wingers in fiala, kaprizov right now. Boldy will be up before year is over

Foligno, greenway,,& zuccarello are playing really good, & scoring

Minnesota isn't trading for a winger, much less taking on An expansive contract

Greenway isn't going anywhere for the junk

Wild aren't the one paying

Just because wild have two 1st , doesn't mean they want to trade one; or can afford to; or care too.

Philadelphia pays, not wild.

Nolan Patrick doesn't have much value
