Not interested in Kerfoot at that price. And I really don't see why we'd trade Soucy for a third just to play Brad Hunt in that spot.

    1) there's no reason wild are going to trade a potential top 4 d like Carson soucy who was amazing this year with ian Cole to jets for 3rd round pick with especially expansion coming up, & wild not sure who they are losing. Even then soucy is worth more than 3rd round pick

    2) At this point Kerfoot is nothing more than a cap dump for Toronto because 100 percent he's getting selected on Toronto. He's also not a c. With his contract, & especially cap, no wild wouldn't want him. They have enough bottoms line players who are better than Kerfoot

Leaf fan chiming in. Kerfoot can play Center if need be. 2. With hasktol being the coach now he will have a say on who to pick and he likes the defense. And 3.5m for a middle 6 guy who plays C/W isn't bad

Huh? Leafs didn't fire their coach

Wild didn't fire their coach either

Wild already have nico sturm for 3rd line c, or EK

& connor dewar will be fourth line c, or one or both of bjustad, & bonino will be brought back

Kerfoot simply isn't needed. Wild aren't going to commit that cap space to a player they don't need. Simply no disrespect intended at all , but wild already has too many bottom line players ,,& cap committed to them because they are better

Ryan Hartman if wild acquire 1c will also / could play there

So with all that said,,Kerfoot will be taken by Seattle on Leafs
