As a Caps fan I proposed this trade like a month ago. I think it's doable for both teams. The main issue is Caps need a top 6 back now and don't know if Glass is ready due to his injuries. They'd probably do it for Krebs but don't think VGK would. Still, Kuz would be a great match for VGK.

Capitals need a great backup... thats not MAF. He's a starting goalie that makes a lot of money and has no term. This trade helps Vegas way more than it helps Washington bc they are getting a player in a position they desperately need...Washington is either getting a 7m $ backup or a guy that is taking starts from your young goalie that desperately needs them

i would do RL for V V + 2nd or Kuzy for Glass + Tuch

If Caps could get Krebs out of it instead of Glass then I'd definitely do it for Fluery+Krebs for Kuz. Krebs has 1C potential and looks like he could take the next step this season. Have him play 2C to develop him more. But don't think VGK would move Krebs unless they get super desperate. Fleury for 1 year is a perfect length.
