The Oilers won't consider trading Holloway, even if it means getting out from under those two contracts. They're more likely to buy Neal out and trade Koskinen, if possible, this off season while retaining some salary.

Given where those 2 1sts are going to land in this draft it's not nearly enough for Garland. It's basically a mid round 1st and 2nd for a player who is an in his prime star. Just not enough for Garland. Any Garland deal would start with the Nashville 1st and Romanov
