Description
This comes down to if the lilijgren is ready. It's soon to see if he's a player or not and I think he can make the jump. In case he isn't Bogo is there

Sadd... Really any player that can play with Matthews and marner. The top 3 LW spot can move. Kempe has a Connection to Nylander. Dvorak with marner so maybe Dvorak 1st line and Kempe 2nd and get not have Sadd and a 3rd Wing and save some cap for a better dman.

Leafs go 731 btw

Acutally kept mikheyev surprisingly. I really like him unlike some other people thinking he isn't worth a puck. But trading him and getting a 3rd L wing instead of Sadd could get better RD.

Leafs cap can be saved by Robertson or lilijgren being ready next season

  1. Kempe, Adrian
  2. 2021 2nd round pick (STL)
Additional Details:
Value seems odd just a little bit. I had AA in here previously but not so sure anymore. Still not opposed to it.

Also the pick could change. Could be 2022 LA 2nd. Could be a mixture of later picks. Could be a prospect that they may be willing to give up (nothing high end) could be just a higher pick for one of leafs lower picks

I think the Pens have Leafs trade makes sense for both teams. Pens can’t resign Ceci or any other RHD over 2M per. Holl fits perfectly there. More than capable, 3rd pairing RHD, that would be a stay at home pairing with Matheson. And Pettersson/Marino stay together.

And Leafs get a capable, proven NHL back-up, more valuable to them, seeing as they have so many other needs and UFA signings that need to be done. Having only 3.6M allotted b/ween 3 NHL goalies is an asset.

Campbell/DeSmith/Hutchinson give them a good stable of young-ish, all in their prime, NHL proven and capable goalies.

And give Bogosian, and Liljegren playing time as the 2nd and 3rd pairing RHD, respectively. Dermott most likely going to Seattle.

In my opinion, I think ACGM figure out a trade that makes both teams better next season.

I would think that one of Arizona's primary objectives, if not THE primary objective, prior to the expansion draft is acquiring a defenseman worth protecting from Seattle. Right now they have just Chychrun and OEL.
