It's not the worst offer, it is decent though, instead of Bellows it have to be Wahlstrom. Id rather have Beauvillier instead of Eberle.

maybe it's because of lack of household names, but Kulikov would have been our 3rd best D behind pelech and pulock last season. He had the impact of a #3 defenseman.
