You're in the great minority there, as most from both sides have agreed on a similar trade for Palat on many agm's. Heard it all before how no one is going to help Tampa...but yeah, never seems to be the case. Good GM's make deals that can help their team, GMs that think like you do usually get fired. Palat is worth at least a 2nd+small add, so if Edmonton doesn't want him no problem, Tampa will find plenty of other interested teams.

Oilers aren’t in any place to be adding rentals if there going to move assets it’s has to be for players with term or under team control Palat is either
I love the player but Edmonton can’t continue to turn a third of its roster over every yr
Tampa has lots of talent but what made you guys so successful is the majority of your team as been together the last 5 yrs builds lots of trust within the group, can’t do that when your bringing in 7-8 me guys a yr.
