Blackwell csn't be traded back to the Rangers per NHL rules. Seeing as Geekie was Francis' selection over Bean and Niederreiter, I think it's safe to say he really likes the player and likely won't include him, either.

The other deals are just not very good, either, IMO. Francis has done nothing but prove how disinterred he is in taking cap dumps unless the return is incredible. The 1st is accurate, but attaching two of the young assets he just selected, definitely not.

Jarnkrok would be a nice add for the Leafs, but that's likely not a return that does if for Seattle. Again, Francis went with him over a few decent other choices . . .

Other than the Rangers deal, which can;t happen anyway, that is a list of very unwise trades, with some bordering on charity. I mean, you've very much given away Lind and Borgen for free, if not at a cost.

Blackwell can be traded back to the Rangers just can't be with salary retention (that's the rule)

Seattle will have about 6-8 players to move for futures or prospects to ship down to the farm team - other wise the risk losing them to waivers
