Pretty sure Ottawa has Chabot as someone they're not trading unless they get elite talent back. Perreault isnt elite talent, and the second round pick doesn't make it much better.

If Ottawa had any interest in moving Chabot they would cut Winnipeg out completely and make a similar trade for Landeskog.

And Hellebuyck is draft exempt.
