Description

Yes I know hindsight is 20/20, but Seattle could have really done a lot better with the options they were given.

Picks like Bayreuther and Quennevile and even guys like Twarynski and MacDermid were kind of head scratchers considering who else was available on each respective team. Francis just could have done a lot better in my eyes if they were gonna spend to the cap anyway.

This just shows how awfully Seattle handled this expansion, I was expecting more from Ron Francis. No reason to trade Kahkonen anywhere though, he's a great goalie with lots of potential.

Oh totally agree, I expected a lot better from Francis too. I only traded Kahkonen cause they signed Driedger and Grubauer as well. If they didn’t have them, I would have kept Kahkonen.
