    Well for one we have no idea if any of the prospects will be good. Ghost, Gudas, and Provorov are the only defensemen we have that are good. The Flyers just signed Rubtsov to an ELC today so they aren't going to trade for a guy to block him when it appears they are expecting him in two years.

    I understand that not all the prospects are going to pan out to be what we expect them to be. Reason why I choose Ghost is because Buffalo is going to want a more proven young left-handed Dman if they are going to trade Reinhart. And that's either Ghost or Provy (think we know the answer to that one).

    Also Reinhart isn't blocking Rubtsov. Giroux won't be a #1 center forever. And you said so yourself, no idea if a prospect will be good. I think it would be nice to see Reinhart, Rubtsov, Coots as the future middle core though.
