This certainly is an entirely NHL team. Apart from Kaprizov, that is.

Pasta is the second best RW.
Slavin > Josi at the moment
Matthews should definitely be on the team. Move Draisaitl to Wing and let Matthews play on the 3rd line.
Hellebuyck > Saros

Stone, Rantanen, Kane and Marner are all better than Pastrnak
One year ago, Josi was the NHLs consensus second best d-man. After a down year by Slavin he doesn’t pass Josi.
I’m leaving all the players at their regular positions
Saros was a top 10 player in the NHL last year and was the best goalie over the course of last years regular season

No, they aren't.
Slavin had a down year? I thought this team was best players right now. And Slavin is slightly better right now.
Then Matthews as 3rd line C instead of Draisaitl. Crosby stays as 4C. Draisaitl's offensive game is one of the best but he isn't goos defensively. The best Goal scorer in the league should be on the team over him.
That's quite the hot take. He was't a Top 10 player. Top 10 Goalie? Yes. Top 5 Goalie? Yes. Top 2 Goalie? No.

Last year Pastrnak posted EV OFF WAR metrics in the 81st percentile, DEF WAR in the 79th percentile and shooting in the 90th percentile. By the same metrics in the same order Stone posted 98th, 93rd and 97th. Rantanen posted 91st, 87th and 99th and Marner posted 95th, 93rd and 81st. The only analytical metric he wins in is shooting and only over Marner. All 3 outscored him as well.

Slavin would've posted 19 less points over an 82 game season in 20-21 than he would've in 19-20. His offensive analytics dropped 9 percentiles and his defensive analytics dropped 32 percentiles. Josi by comparison would've outscored Slavin by 32 over 82 games. He was 14 offensive percentiles better than Slavin last year and 19 defensive percentiles better.

This is very close. Matthews and Draisaitl are both dominant offensive players and elite finishers and both are terrible defensively. I opted for Draisaitl as he outscored Matthews by 18 points but there is absolutely an argument to be had there.

Saros posted a GSAx 8 percentiles higher than Hellebuyck last year, a save percentage of .927 compared to .916 and a GAA of 2.28 compared to 2.58 on a much worse team
