For 21-22 it's easy. Eichel will be out half the year. For 22-23 they'll have ~ 6 mil , assuming 82.5 mil cap, to fill 5 spots to get to 20 or 8 spots to get to 23. All without Krebs, McNabb and 5 rfa guys...
