Sure man, And extended Tomas Hertl is worth more then Byron and Kulak at late 1st round pick and a teen 1st round pick. Hertl gets minimal between 7 x $7,000,000 to 7 x $7,500,000 rather easily. Good luck resigning both Suzuki and Romanov then.

You cant trade the 2022 1st from Carolina so not 2022 first no Hertl

We let Chiarot walk and we trade Lehkonen. That's 5.8 mill. The cap is going up by 1 mill and Alzner's cap hit subsides by 1 mill, so that's 2 more mill for a total of 7.8 mill available. Give 2.5 to Hertl for a 7yr× 8mill extension. Now we gotta replace Chiarot and Lehkonen with players making 1 mill MAX each (preferably players within our system). So we left with 3.3 mill. So we gotta trade either Allen and/or Gally before the 2022-23 season starts. I'll prioritize Suzuki since we have Norlinder and Guhle knocking on the door. IMO Romanov will not be breaking bank either way and if we trade him, guarantee we're getting at least a late 1st in return. I'd try to trade Gally asap if he flirts with 25-30 goals. Cause when it's time to extend Caufield we can't have our top 3 RWs making that kind of money each cause someone will have to play 3rd line and even if it's Anderson we can't pay a 3rd line RW gett ing 5.5 mill.
