Unless you can retain 2.5million on Monahan it's declined. Rangers can't afford to pay a 2C anymore than 4million for the next few years

You can see this team for a bit of a picture. Monahan would need retention and Strome + Blais would need to walk... not sure if that's worth it for someone who is currently playing 4C a team where he really shouldn't be haha...

EDIT: I guess I should also say, heavily depends on Fox's contract as well. But I think it's really safe to assume he gets in the neighborhood of 9million.
