TBD, ESPN is reporting a minimum of 3 months from the date of surgery for any kind of contact. With Vegas's cap issues and the severity of the surgery, i'm betting they ease him into the system with practices and don't bring him into games until the very end of the season where the cap liability is greatly reduced due to proration of his cap hit, if not the start of the playoffs when cap doesn't matter. In theory, if Vegas is well positioned for the playoffs, there's not much benefit to rushing Eichel back.
