Dont think VGK is the spot for Rust. Also think Rust could pull a 1st or a 2nd + prospect.
I think if the Pens were to sell, might as well go out and sell everyone possible, which includes Carter, Heinen, Riikola, DeSmith, etc..
For Malkin and Letang, I think you talk to them and if they want to compete, you make a trade. If you arent going to compete this year, might as well get assets. If they want to stay, then you extend them.

vegas has 0 cap space, there are going to be selling someone off like Rielly Smith and taking 0 cap back to be cap compliant if Eichel is healthy by march
