Take Garland out and it's maybe closer but retaining that much on OEL isn't reasonable.

Something like this only makes sense if OELs replacement is a young cost controlled D. It’s the roster spot and not the Cap that is important. No real room for Rathbone AND Hughes if OEL stays, and none of the three really sb killing penalties. All good D, but not complimentary pieces.
