He has myocarditis and won't ever play professional hockey again from what I understand

that's sad!
I always felt like he was a good guy and should have gotten a chance to start! when he did in Minnesota finally he was good.
on a side note Georgiev I feel could be a good move for another team, but I think the oilers should go after a playoff vet guy like Fleury or Holtby.
Georgiev should plug in with a team like Seattle or Arizona where he can come up with an improving team, play full time and build his resume.
