I just can’t see why the oilers would do that. I know you didn’t make that trade, so I am definitely not shooting you haha. Is Kulak really that much better than Koekkoek? I don’t think so, I personally rather just keep Koekkoek.

Kulak is better than Koekkeok IMHO. Koekkoek isn't even an NHL regular at this point while Kulak has been a steady one for some time now. Regardless though, we're talking about a 4th round pick to upgrade the D a little. Ken Holland traded a 4th for Kulikov and a 4th for Green, so this really isn't that far fetched. I honestly think the Habs can get a 4th for Kulak without even having to take on a guy like Koekkoek so this meant to be to EDM's benefit. If it isn't than you can gladly keep Koekkoek also.
