Just speaking on the Central Division, Dallas ahead of Winnipeg seems like a long shot come seasons end, I think the Jets take a wild card spot at least.

Lotta work for the Flames to do if you think they can jump back into it...last win against a potential playoff team was on December 3rd, against the Ducks (Who, as a Ducks fan, I see falling a bit). 2-7-1 since then, with 6 of those losses coming by 2 goals or more.

If you look at the teams the flames lost to, Boston, Tampa, Florida, Vegas, San Jose, Carolina, and Ottawa, at least 3 of those teams will make it to the second round of the playoffs, so their schedule gets easier.
