Strome playing well, not sure thats enough.

De Haan will be a 2nd rd pick or a decent prospect with a lower pick.

So packaged together it’s an overpayment and we could keep something possibly

Yep, earlier in the season that may have got Strome but not now.

I agree with your CDH value, will be a 2nd or decent prospect and pick.

On the outside it could be argued thats correct however, the players coming back aren't of need currently. LD is our best stocked position so voids the value Hajek brings and Chytil can't get it going in a good NYR team, he may struggle even more in a poor CHI team. Not the sort of move that we would favour.

Fair point. I feel like Hajek can act as a cheap 7th like he has for us even though he’s been solid whenever we put him in, maybe just buys time for your prospects to develop patiently. Chytil needs to be LW and that’s where we can’t play him. I almost rather keep him and try Laf at 3c for awhile to see if he could develop into a C. Chytil has good offensive skill as I’m sure you’ve seen in the past but his strength isn’t at C. Is Georgiev of any interest? When he’s good he’s really good but when he’s bad it’s rough, might serve as a stop gap till you find a legit G?
