Florida is in no position to take that much cap on, Especially with Jonathan Huberdeau needing a new deal in the next year or so. probably in the 8 x $11,000,000 range if not higher.

I doubt he will command more than Barkov did, but yeah, the Panthers can't really take on expensive contracts spanning multiple years. Even next year, they will have cap casualties.
